I am deeply committed to my clients and in helping them achieve their goals while gaining enrichment and balance in their personal lives. My personal journey began long ago at the piano. I studied from early childhood with Seattle’s premier piano teacher, Jean Boardman. As an adolescent, I entered Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, studying composition and performance with some of the most renowned musicians and composers in the world. I have spent decades since teaching and mentoring musicians of all ages and abilities.
Along the way, my coaching and mentorship at the piano began to evolve into coaching non-musicians as well. I became interested in cognitive behavioral sciences and completed a four-year graduate program at NWSH, a highly specialized program which combined Core Energetics, Brennan Energy Work and cognitive behavioral therapy-adjacent methodologies. At NWSH, I deepened my skillset as a health practitioner and personal coach.
During the past two decades, alongside my coaching practice, I worked in the hospitality and tech sectors, consulting and coaching teams in leadership development, lean systems, strategy, and operations. Senior leaders worked with me privately as a coach, team leaders brought me in to train their managers, and key stakeholders and principal partners brought me in as an operations leader on key projects.
I offer my clients many options to draw from, and my experience yields a diverse menu for them to choose from. My customized approach expedites the success my clients are looking to achieve. I am deeply committed to helping individuals reach their full potential, relationship building and supporting my client's journey, personal development, and aspirations.
